I’m Samantha, a fully trained, City & Guilds qualified dog groomer based in Nether Edge, Sheffield. Pawfect K9 was inspired by my own dogs – Tina, a cocker spaniel, and Bramble, a springer spaniel. Both were very nervous and struggled with busy salons where groomers didn’t have the time to be truly patient or offer one-to-one sessions.

Seeing how overwhelmed they became made me realise how many dogs quietly struggle with grooming. I wanted to create a calmer, kinder alternative where dogs like Tina and Bramble could feel safe and understood. That’s why at Pawfect K9, every appointment is one-to-one, in a quiet salon, with plenty of time built in for breaks, reassurance, and gentle handling.

I limit the number of dogs I see each day so I can focus fully on each individual dog’s needs. Whether you have a nervous rescue, a sensitive spaniel, or a puppy coming for their very first groom, my goal is always the same: a stress-free, positive grooming experience in a calm Sheffield salon.

New Customers

To secure your booking date, we require all new customers to pay a £10 deposit. This ensures your reservation is confirmed and helps us provide you with the best possible service.

Matted Dogs

We prioritise your dog’s comfort and health, which is why we do not offer de-matting services to follow the Animal welfare Act 2006. However, we are happy to provide a grooming option where we can shave your dog and a £10 fee will be added. Thank you for understanding!

Missed Appointments

To ensure the smooth operation of our grooming services, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations.
