To secure your booking date, we require all new customers to pay a £10 deposit. This ensures your reservation is confirmed and helps us provide you with the best possible service.
We prioritise your dog’s comfort and health, which is why we do not offer de-matting services. However, we are happy to provide a grooming option where we can shave your dog and a £10 fee will be added. Thank you for understanding!

To ensure the smooth operation of our grooming services, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations.
