New Customers
To secure your booking date, we require all new customers to pay a £10 deposit. This ensures your reservation is confirmed and helps us provide you with the best possible service.
Matted Dogs
We prioritise your dog’s comfort and health, which is why we do not offer de-matting services to follow the Animal welfare Act 2006. However, we are happy to provide a grooming option where we can shave your dog and a £10 fee will be added. Thank you for understanding!

Missed Appointments
To ensure the smooth operation of our grooming services, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Please note that if cancellation is not communicated within this time frame, you will be responsible for the full payment of the grooming service before scheduling any future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
